Jin belongs to the generation that experienced music through cassette players, CD players, MP3 players, and iPods — and still occasionally reaches for vinyl. Growing up across those shifts in format and technology gave him an instinctive interest in how people experience culture, and how creativity evolves with the tools of its time.
He is currently working at KRAFTON, where he leads creative direction across major projects.
He began his career in New York as an Art Director at Rokkan. During the pandemic, he continued contributing to global work remotely from Korea as Rokkan transitioned into Razorfish. He later joined Media.Monks as a Senior Creative, where he developed campaigns and brand work across a wide range of industries, before moving to KRAFTON in 2022, the company behind PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS.
At KRAFTON, Jin has led creative direction across major PUBG campaigns, shaping strategy, uncovering creative insights, and driving projects from the client side as an in-house creative director.
Today, he is particularly interested in exploring how AI can make the creative process not only more efficient, but also more imaginative and exciting.
